We have been working to update our website! We have been able to get some of it reconstructed but have plans to do much more.
We have called our website “Incense Arise” based on Malachi 1:11: In every place let incense be offered to my name and a pure offering.
We have been impacted by the truth of how worthy God is of a never-ending offering of praise, worship, and prayer. He is truly the Worthy One. If we will take time to study His nature, His character, His faithfulness, His Word, then this knowledge that we uncover about Him demands a response. For some, the response is to reject Him, but if we really do see Him as He is, the only logical response is WORSHIP, PRAISE, ADORATION. All of these things are summed up as “incense” in the Scriptures.
The Scripture also repeatedly talks about “incense” rising as a picture of the prayers of God’s people going up before Him.
We feel such a burden that God’s people would actively contribute to incense arising to God-that our prayers would be coming before the Lord non-stop, like a sweet-smelling fragrance.
He is worthy and we want to exalt Jesus, and cause praise and prayer to rise up before Him.
